We track jobs so we can determine if there is an underlying problem causing repairs to come on a recurring basis. Our goal is to get to the root of the problem to eliminate redundant repairs. We provide whole store remodel, all flooring repairs, handyman work, pressure washing, cleaning services, etc. We also provide retaining walls, foundation repair, wet basement solutions and even solar paneling. If your project is related to an insurance restoration like wind/storm damage, flood, fire, etc., we will work closely with you to make the renovation process smooth and worry free!

TIPS:
  • Make sure  your parking lot has adequate lighting to make your customers feel safe. 
  • Keep your parking lot clean and free of debris.  Make sure you address all cracks immediately to eliminate the need for major repairs. 
  • Your facilities front door, back door, restroom door, office doors, storeroom doors and restroom portion doors are used heavily and experience the most wear and tear on the locks, hinges, closes and handles.  Keep an eye one these areas so you don't experience  failures when you least expect it. 
  • Open emergency exits monthly to ensure that they work smoothly and provide a safe exit for your customers. 
  • When a door sags and rubs at the top of the door frame, check the screws to make sure they are screwed in all the way.  When the door is away from the frame at the top when you close it, you may need to replace the door hinge or repair the frame.
  • Grease build-up on the grout, mixed with cleaning chemical residue will eat away the grout.
  • When grout wears half away, the old grout needs to be removed, clean the tiles and re-grout the floor with a good epoxy grout.  Not maintaining the grout will cause tiles to loosen from the floor.
  • Regularly clean and seal wood flooring to prolong the life of your floor.  Worn chair glides causes scratching on vinyl, linoleum and wood floors.
